Treatment Coordinator/ Office Manager
As the treatment coordinator and manager of our office, I am responsible for setting up and establishing great new patient experiences at our practice. I enjoy making myself entirely available to our patients and answering any of their questions so that they can feel at peace and excited at our office. I love having the opportunity to meet with new patients and their families as well as supporting their needs throughout their entire treatment. The transformations that I see in our patients’ smiles and confidence is an incredible reward, and I work hard to keep those transformations happening each and every day!
I have three great children, Emmy, Tyler and Tucker. I cherish the time I spend with my family and also enjoy cooking, reading, and playing tennis.
I help our practice by handling insurance, banking, payroll, and scheduling. I also get to interact with our new patients and create for them a great impression of our wonderful practice. I love being able to do what I can to ensure that our practice functions seamlessly and smoothly for our patients and our staff. Since I have been with our practice for some time, one of my favorite parts of my job is seeing the children of former patients now in their own treatment. Many things have changed over the years, but one thing that has not is our doctors’ professionalism and utmost concern for their patients. This has been a constant point of inspiration for me every day that I have come to work, and I look forward to many more years of amazing patient care to come!
I have many relatives, and I enjoy keeping up with all of them! In my free time, I enjoy aerobics, knitting, cross stitching, watching sports (family and professional), and helping out my family, friends, and neighbors when they are in need! You’ll also often find me ushering at Everyman Theatre & Center Stage.
Scheduling, Marketing, and Financial Coordinator
I work hard to ensure that our patients’ experiences at our practice are enjoyable, relaxing, and ultimately rewarding. I also help out with marketing our practice to our community so that we can meet many more special and incredible patients. By far, my favorite parts of my job are being able to work with friends every day and interacting with our patients at the front desk. We are like a big family here, and I find it to be such a blessing to have an upbeat and caring group of people around me at work.
I enjoy spending time with my family and Pug, Bruno. I also enjoy cooking, shopping, drawing, watching movies, attending sports events and concerts. On occasion, I have also been known to skydive! Go Ravens!
Administrative Assistant/ Financial Coordinator
As a part of the administrative and financial side of our practice, I find great satisfaction in taking care of the things that help make our practice run as efficiently and smoothly for our patients as possible. Whether I am handling billing, patient correspondence, or scheduling matters, I always put my best foot forward and do everything I can so that our patients’ experiences here are memorable and rewarding! I have been working for Dr. McInnes for the last 18 years, and working at our practice is like working with some of my best friends. Our doctors are so caring and committed to both their patients and their staff, and they always treat everyone like family.
I love spending time with my husband, our two children, and our two Golden Retrievers. I also enjoy reading, being at the beach, and going to Disney World whenever I have the chance!
Scheduling Coordinator/Social Networking Coordinator
I know how hectic life can be, so I work hard to schedule the most convenient and hassle-free appointments for all of our incredible patients. I also help out with our practice’s marketing. Both aspects of my job allow me to interact with our patients and help create for each of them the smoothest and most rewarding experiences with our practice. Being able to meet so many different and unique people while watching them achieve amazing smiles is definitely my favorite part of my job, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a great professional home. Our doctors are so knowledgeable and confident, and they are always encouraging us to learn new ways to improve our patients’ treatments and time in our office.
When I’m not snowboarding, I can be found camping, playing my djembe, traveling, hiking, going to concerts or playing poker. My husband, Tim, and I have two dogs – Lucy, a Basset Hound, and Desi, a Golden Retriever – and we all love spending as much time as possible together.
Invisalign® Coordinator/ Observation Coordinator
At our practice, I work with our patients to make sure that their Invisalign treatments go as smoothly and comfortably as possible, and I help out with their care in anyway that I can. It is very exciting for me to submit our patients’ Invisalign treatments because I know that an amazing and beautiful smile is at the other end! All of us in the practice really love to converse and get to know our patients - it really makes it so much more exciting to watch our friends’ smiles transform with our help. Our doctors are family-oriented, caring, and compassionate, and I love working in the positive atmosphere that they foster.
At home, I love nothing more than to spend time with my three beautiful daughters, Sierra, Paige, and Harley. We also have two pets named Molly and Cooper. When I can steal away some time to myself, I enjoy sitting down with a good book.
I love watching people grow into their amazing new smiles, and I do my best to make sure that process goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible! With a compassionate and gentle hand, I help our doctors by assisting with all of our patients’ orthodontic needs. Making sure that our patients are always taken care of and made to feel as special as they are to us is my number one priority, and I work hard ensure this for each person in our chairs. Working for our doctors here is so rewarding because they are always teaching us new ways to provide the best care to our family of patients, and I love being a part of such a caring and patient-focused practice.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and my Miniature Dachshund, Westbrook. I also enjoy shopping, playing poker, and cheering on my favorite football team, the Baltimore Ravens!
I have been an orthodontic assistant for four years and I can honestly say that I love my job. It is amazing to watch and work with my patients as they grow and, with our assistance, gain a beautiful smile. Working in a practice with doctors that genuinely care about the patients and their employees makes coming to work each day rewarding.
In addition to working full time, I am currently attending Towson University as a full time student working towards a Bachelors degree. Aside from work and school I enjoy spending my free time with my family, playing with my Yorki-poo, Bella, and occasionally going shopping.
I have been a dental assistant for 8 years. I started in a general dentistry practice and wanted to expand my knowledge in the same field. I'm so happy have choosen McInnes Palmer Orthodontics as my new home. The doctors and employees are amazing and truly care for one another. We share the same common interest; our patients always come first and our goal is to make them feel completely comfortable and happy throughout treatment. I love making others laugh and being a part of improving a smile. I make it my goal to help patients have a good time while feeling 100% worry free. Who says you can't have fun at work? I love my job!
Outside of work I love spending time with my boyfriend, family, friends, and especially with my chihuahua, Meisha. I enjoy traveling, shopping, watching football and attending dance class.
I have the exciting job of fabricating our patients’ appliances and retainers. I know that the work I do is very important for our patients to receive the most effective and efficient treatments, so I do my absolute best to make sure everything is just perfect for the incredible people who will be wearing the appliances that I craft. Our staff here is just wonderful, and I love having the opportunity to work with such a close and positive group of people! I also work full-time with special needs children at an elementary school, so I am very thankful for our doctors allowing me the flexibility to do both jobs. Our doctors are appreciative and gracious with their staff and patients, and they always make sure that the atmosphere of our practice is positive and caring – I really couldn’t ask for much more!
My family consists of my husband and our two children, and I love spending as much time with them as I can. I also enjoy scrap-booking, swimming, and attending my children’s activities.
